Please understand that it will take a few additional days to check-in your parcel(s) and ship to the Hong Kong warehouse if you didn’t declare it in advance.

💡What Does Pre-declared Parcel Mean? As long as you have received the tracking number and courier info from the seller, you can start declaring your parcel through Parcel Management.
Note: Please also understand that your parcel’s processing time will be delayed for 7-14 working days under these circumstances:
(1) The informaton you declared is misleading, false or untrue;
(2) Parcel is oversized or exceeds the weight limit;
(3) Parcel contains prohibited items
