The option of Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) with Quantium Solutions (QS) is no longer available starting from Aug 1st, 2022. For details of this change, please refer to the service notice.
We are going to introduce a new pricing plan which provides you with more options. With effect from Aug 1st, 2022 (local time), the new pricing plan offers TWO options of delivery methods. With effect from April 19th, 1 p.m.(local time), the new pricing plan offers THREE options of three couriers and two new delivery methods. You can choose whichever fits you the most.
Please note that any order created before the launch of the new pricing plan will not be able to change to the new plan.
The details of the new pricing plan are as follows.

Explanation to DDU & DDP
Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)
The option of DDU means that your shipment passes through Malaysian Customs and the local courier will prepare the billing for you to pay cash on delivery (COD) or bank transfer if any duties and taxes occur.
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP)
The option of DDP means that Buyandship will pay for the duty and tax of your order as long as there’s no false declaration of your shipment. However, we will charge you back if you have misdeclared the parcel value according to Malaysian Customs assessment.
Tips of choosing a suitable pricing option
Fast delivery – DDU with UPS
If you are eager to get your order quickly, we recommend you to choose “DDU with UPS”. Meanwhile, you are required to pay a relatively higher delivery fee. If custom taxes and duties occur, you will be billed by the local courier for duties, taxes and processing fee.
Money-saving delivery – DDU with Quantium Solutions
If you have concerns with the budget of your delivery or decide to ship loads of goods without a time limit, you can consider choosing “DDU with Quantium Solutions”. Please be patient with the relatively longer transit time of this option. If custom taxes and duties occur, you will be billed by the local courier for duties, taxes and processing fee.
Less hassle delivery – DDP with Skynet
This option will be the best choice for you if you do not want to be bothered by taxes or duties of your goods anymore.
For those who are new to international forwarding services, we also highly recommend you to deliver your order with this option.
In general, taxes and duties fee will be included in the delivery fee and Buyandship will pay for the duty and tax of your order.
How to select a pricing option for your delivery
Step 1:
Go to “My Addresses” and create an address that specifies your pricing option
Step 2:
You will need to choose that delivery address with your pricing option during the consolidation of your shipment.
Step 3:
Check carefully whether you have selected your delivery address with a correct pricing option before submission.
