Step 3. When you make the order, follow the below Address Filling Format so your purchase can be shipped to Malaysia via our Japan warehouse
Step 4. Upon receipt of your product(s), share your unboxing experience to the “Buyandship Malaysia” Facebook Group

1. Product Name: What have your bought?
2. Pictures of the Product: Add instaworthy photos of your product(s). Please do not use screenshots from the website
3. Product URL: Must be the product link. If the product is out of stock, you may add the homepage URL instead
4. Price and Your Savings: Calculate and indicate the price difference between Malaysia and overseas. If the product is not available in Malaysia, please indicate it in the post.
5. Your Order Number: 8-digit Buyandship order number starting with 9 for quicker approval by our team
Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign starts on March 14, 2023 and ends on April 30, 2023, 11:59 PM. The registration time of your Buyandship account and creation time of your Rakuten order are subject to the system record.
2. This campaign is only applicable to new Buyandship members who make their first purchase on Rakuten (https://www.rakuten.co.jp/) using an account without any purchase history and select Buyandship’s Japan warehouse address as the shipping address during the campaign period. The definition of new Buyandship member means the Buyandship account is registered and verified during the campaign period.
3. Each Buyandship account can only earn the second reward once, regardless of the order amount and value.
4. This limited-time campaign is composed of three parts: 1) RM10 credits for new Buyandship members; 2) RM20 credits for new Buyandship members who make their first purchase on Rakuten and use Buyandship’s Japan warehouse address as the shipping address during the campaign period; and 3) RM15 credits for sharing unboxing experience to the Facebook Group. Credits can only be used to pay the shipping fee.
5. New Buyandship members will receive RM10 credits with a 90-day lifespan upon completion of phone number verification.
6. RM20 credits with a 90-day lifespan for new Buyandship members who made the first purchase on Rakuten will be credited to the account within 21 working days after the campaign has ended.
7. RM15 credits with a 45-day lifespan for sharing unboxing experience to Buyandship Malaysia’s official Facebook Group will be credited to the account within 7 working days upon approval from one of the Admins of the Facebook Group.
8. All credits cannot be transferred to other member accounts or redeemed for cash.
9. By participating in this campaign, the customer states that he/she understands and is willing to abide by the terms and conditions of the campaign.
10. Buyandship reserves the right to limit entry, amend rules or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign if considered necessary without prior notice.
