To provide members with greater flexibility in consolidating packages from different countries, the free storage period of bulk shipments has been extended from 21 days to 30 days after they have arrived at our Hong Kong warehouse.
If a shipment is not collected by the recipient, an overdue fee will be applied beginning on day 31. Unclaimed shipments will be regarded as abandoned after 45 days without further notice.

We will send you an email notification when your parcels arrive at our Hong Kong warehouse. You are encouraged to consolidate your parcels early to avoid overdue parcels.For details of the overdue fee, please refer to “Pricing > Other Fees”.
Moreover, to enhance the operational efficiency and ease of use, we will be adjusting the shipment quantity limitation per order. Effective March 4, 2025, a maximum of 10 shipments may be consolidated into a single order. The number of shipments is counted by tracking number.
